Board of Directors
Founder & Executive Director
Sara Mancera Barreto is the Founder and Executive Director of Arts Mobility Alliance. She leads the
organization’s strategic vision, organizational development, community engagement, partnership
building, fundraising initiatives, and international collaborations. Her commitment is to create meaningful
cultural opportunities that connect artists, institutions, and communities across Canada and around the
world through inclusive and sustainable artistic initiatives.
Director of International Partnerships
Juan David Barbosa Silva supports the development of international partnerships and strategic
collaborations that expand the organization’s global reach. He works to strengthen relationships with
cultural institutions, organizations, and international networks while promoting artistic exchange and
multicultural collaboration across diverse communities.
Director of Environmental & Scientific Initiatives
Biologist and environmental professional, Andrés Mauricio Mancera Barreto contributes scientific
knowledge and environmental leadership to Arts Mobility Alliance. He supports the integration of
sustainability, environmental awareness, biodiversity, and community education into artistic and cultural
initiatives, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration between science, nature, and the arts.
